Are you a founder working on a space-related project, and feel like you’re drifting alone through space? Do you have a great technical product, but you’re not sure how to find your first customer? Are you interested to fundraise capital, but need some advice on how it works?
We know it can be difficult to get started if you don’t know the right people, so we’re working hard to connect you. The mentors within our community are making themselves available for 1:1 sessions about all of the above, and more – fundraising, startup advice, industry experience, space tech qualification, you name it. Our Mentor Minutes program is complimentary to our new weekly Moonshooter Contemplations sessions, which we invite everyone to be a part of.
Mentors are a scarce resource so applications are competitive. We’ll select a handful of founders to have a 30 minute, 1:1 virtual meeting with a mentor, who will be chosen based on relevance to and experience in what you’re looking for.
What’s the process?
- 22 May – Application deadline
- 5 June – We connect successful applicants with a relevant mentor
- Week 1 (week of June 8) – you connect remotely with the mentor (or meet them in person if social distancing restrictions allow)
- Week 2 (week of June 15) – for select founders we will facilitate the 2nd round of relevant Mentor Minutes
Zoom Instructions
Mentor Minutes will run over Zoom and you will need to create a free account to participate in the program. To be accepted into the program you will need to provide your Personal Meeting ID (PMI) as part of your application. Your Personal Meeting Room is where you will meet your mentor as part of the program.
